The city of Seoul announced on the 6th that it had redesigned the Seoul Dreamboard, a large writing board on the exterior wall of the Seoul Library, on the 5th to celebrate the opening of Seoul Winter Festa 2023. 'Seoul Winter 2023' is an urban winter festival held from the 15th to January 21st of next year, with a media facade and projection with the motif of 'light' You can enjoy exhibitions using light technologies such as mapping and gobo lighting.

The festival is held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Bosingak, Sejong-daero, Gwanghwamun Square, Open Songhyeon Green Plaza, Cheonggyecheon, and Seoul Plaza.
